      Under the background of Belt and Road initiative, Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association was under the guidance of the objectives of "policy communication, facilities interconnection, trade flow, financing and people's hearts". It was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Civil Affairs Department. It was co sponsored by many enterprises in Shaanxi Province. It is a social organization composed of entrepreneurs, overseas people, news media and all walks of life.
     
      As the link and bridge of enterprises, government and social organizations, Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association  adheres to the guiding principle of "co discussion, co construction and sharing", and the development purpose of "promoting local economy and serving enterprise elites". With its high-level, open, regional and industrial characteristics, and with an international perspective, it makes the common resources required by domestic and foreign enterprises platform, and even more Belt and Road, is to unite and consolidate the entrepreneurs led by the West. "Take the western part, look at the whole country and go global", give full play to the advantages and driving role of the western enterprises, and promote the internationalization of the enterprises in the Belt and Road.

It conforms to the requirements of global  economic development, and receives the strong support of governments at all levels and the wide response of entrepreneurs. It has formed a deep foundation for the internationalization of the Chinese enterprises and has laid a solid foundation for the enterprises to realize diversification and internationalization.

      Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association has set up departments such as foreign cooperation department, strategic planning department, media publicity department, finance department and operation execution department. It has set up Belt and Road Listed Company Club, Strategic Alliance Organization of Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association New Silk Road International infrastructure construction branch, Belt and Road Think- tank Organization, Belt and Road  Investment and Financing Service Center, and Belt and Road  "Internet" + "Branch, New Silk Road in-depth finance and economics, New Silk Road International Cultural Exchange Center, Silk Road Dialogue, New Silk Road college students' Entrepreneurship base, New Silk Road painting academy, New Silk Road Chinese culture industry branch, New Silk Road Enterprise International Service Center, New Silk Road Chinese medicine branch, new silk Road maker space, New Silk Road Business Culture Research Institute, New Silk Road Sports Club, New Silk Road porcelain culture international The Research Institute, the new Silk Road Science and technology environmental protection energy conservation branch, the new Silk Road culture and Art Troupe altogether 20 subordinate secondary institutions.In addition, one belt, one road, has established strategic alliances with several industry and local commercial associations, and has established strategic cooperation with a number of financial institutions, VC institutions, PE institutions, think tanks, universities and mainstream media, and has established project cooperation with many countries and regions along the "one belt" road, and successively in Russia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Switzerland, Germany, Holland, the United Kingdom, and so on. Denmark, Italy, Australia, Cambodia, Laos, Canada, Spain, India, Sri Lanka, Portugal, Philippines, Pakistan, Grenada, Japan, United States, South Korea, South Africa, Egypt, Tanzania, Malaysia, Singapore, Iran, Turkey, Brazil, Zambia, Mongolia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Indonesia, Kenya, and Rwanda Offices in 48 countries including Da, Burundi, Armenia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Congo, Mauritania, Belgium, Georgia and Togo were established.

     The  Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association established the Silk Road International Think-tank Alliance. 50 experts and scholars from 19 countries provided guidance for enterprise development.

      From 2014 to December 9, 2018, Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association held five international 1000 people's conferences, 257 large and small related activities, and seven sessions of Silk Road Dialogue, including the first Dialogue between Chang'an and Rome on December 9, 2017, the second Dialogue between Eastern culture and Western management on January 18, 2018, and the third session on infrastructure construction and Turkey development on January 23, 2018 The Dialogue between the one and the fourth session one belt, one road infrastructure and energy conservation and environmental protection, the fifth session of the July 24, 2018 Changan South Africa dialogue, the sixth July 27, 2018 global outstanding women's Silk Road Dialogue, and the seventh December 8, 2018 of April 21, 2018. The Dialogue between Chang'an and St. Petersburg, the Dialogue between Xi'an enterprises and Russian government industrial and commercial enterprises on June 6, 2019, the Dialogue between Silk Road enterprises and the governor of Korgan Prefecture on September 20, 2019, and the Dialogue between the second Chang'an and Rome on November 17, 2019.

      Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association has led the members of the association to strive to become a new model of the new social organization in the new era, to step out of its unique development path, and to take the "Silk Road dialogue" as the starting point in an international, pioneering and creative way, to gather the resources superiority accumulated by the Association for many years, and practice chairman Xi Jinping's "dialogue" as the golden rule. A bold and beneficial attempt has received good response at home and abroad. The success of the Silk Road dialogue has now launched 11 projects in different industries in different countries.

      The Silk Road Dialogue takes culture as the guide, dialogue as the approach, projects as the starting point, landing as the goal, and shaping China's international brand as the purpose, to boost the internationalization process of Chinese cities and enterprises, optimize the industrial layout and guide the innovation and development with the city's own characteristics, assist the new urban diplomacy with the support of culture, economy and trade, and build channels for enterprises and products of various countries to go abroad The "one belt, one road" initiative is a bridge and bridge for building a better future for mankind.
