1、 Membership process:
Step 1 :
1. Fill in the form: Download and fill in the membership application form from the website of the Belt and Road Enterprise Development Association
2. After filling in, the subject of the email must be indicated: entrepreneur's name + mobile phone number

3. After being examined and approved by the Secretariat, the notice shall be replied by email;
Step 2:
After receiving the e-mail notice and having passed the examination, please submit the following information to the Secretariat of the association within 5 working days by city express or delivery. (expired void, new application required)

To submit the information of the association by express delivery:
1. Copy of membership fee payment certificate (the cut-out drawing of online banking transfer is printed out and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise for verification)
2. A copy of the business license of the enterprise, with the signature of the legal person.
3. One copy of organization code certificate
4. One copy of tax registration certificate
5. A copy of entrepreneur's ID card
6. Print a company profile (with logo)
All copies shall be stamped with the official seal of the enterprise.
7. Print out the completed form on the Internet and affix the official seal of the company. (be sure to post photos)
Step 3:
Please submit the following documents to email: xslcjh@163.com
(This email must be typed into one package and sent to one email. The subject of the email must indicate the name of the enterprise and the name of the entrepreneur. Avoid confusion due to too many enterprises)
Enterprises that are not packaged or whose files are not fully packaged shall be regarded as invalid documents and shall not be stored.
1. Logo and full name in Chinese and English
Note: logo must be in two formats: transcribed printable CorelDRAW format (practical application)
Picture JPG format (easy to check)
2. One photo of entrepreneur image publicity and 3 photos of enterprise publicity. (please do not send too many documents. All documents will be invalid)
Step 4:
1. After receiving the logo package email submitted by the enterprise, the association replies that the business card can be printed in a unified format.
(the enterprise can download according to the template and add the enterprise information to print and use).
2. The association sends the two-dimensional code of the enterprise number of the association to the enterprise email, and the entrepreneurs scan and register.
The staff of the association will be approved within three working days, and they can enjoy the special information platform of the association.
(this is an exclusive platform specially developed and designed by members of the Association)
Step 5:
1. After the financial confirmation, the membership fee is in place, and the Secretariat issues the membership certificate by express delivery. (mahogany membership card)
2. In order to ensure the information security of all members, the website publicity and information platform can only be opened to use after becoming a full member.
Special note: entrepreneurs who are illegal persons can join the association by explaining the situation and signing the legal person on the copy.
(because many enterprises are family members or friends acting as legal representatives)

1、 Conditions for joining the Association
1. Registered capital of enterprises
Member unit, registered capital more than 1 million
Director units and executive directors, with a registered capital of more than 3 million.
More than 5 million registered vice presidents;
Executive vice president with a registered capital of over 8 million;
2. The approval vote of the Standing Council shall not be less than 80%.
3. The qualification examination committee will be formed by the vice president on duty and the Secretariat to conduct field investigation on the enterprises applying for membership of the association. The Qualification Committee can only be effective after the signatures of the participants are passed (the units above the board of directors can participate in the examination).
4. The newly admitted enterprises shall be recommended by the enterprises that have joined the association, and the recommending enterprises shall be responsible for the relevant joint and several liabilities. In case of any damage to the unity of the association, non-compliance with the association rules and illegal acts, the recommended enterprise and the recommended enterprise shall be expelled from the association together, and the membership fee shall not be refunded.
5. Recommend 8 effective enterprise members for the association, and the annual membership fee of the recommended enterprise will be exempted. And will enjoy the rights and interests of advertising free of charge on the website of the Association (communicate with the Secretariat for specific details)
2、 Membership
1. In the criteria of membership, the first criterion is character.
2. Abide by the law and discipline, abide by the articles of association, industry representatives.
3. Special contribution talents, special application. Note: the above conditions must be met at the same time.
3、 About information platform and association website
A. Association information platform
1. Wechat search for "Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association" for attention and registration, and can be used after approval. This platform is a special platform customized by the Belt and Road Association.
2. This platform is the exclusive platform for the association members to publicize the association, update the self publicity information of the association enterprises, release various kinds of information of the association, and interact with the members of the association.
3. On the information level, all members' detailed information is complete, and there are personal chat and chat room, membership card, information activity release and other functions, which is a professional platform tailored for entrepreneurs' communication.
B. Association website
The website of the association is free of charge.
2. Enterprises are requested to submit relevant publicity photos and product information to the Secretariat of the association from time to time, so as to facilitate the association to update and publicize its website and information platform.
Reminder:
1. The enterprises that have joined the Association recommend 5 excellent member enterprises, give the next year's membership fee to the enterprise, and give the network publicity.
2. The member enterprise pays 3-year membership fee in one time, and gives one year membership treatment, that is, paying three-year membership fee in one time and enjoying 4-year membership rights.
3. After the mail is approved, the enterprise can express or directly send the information to the association.
