At the "Belt and Road" High-quality Development International Dialogue Conference, Oleg Zolotokrylin, Special Representative of Saint Petersburg State University of Economics in China and ASEAN Countries, delivered a speech: Silk Road Dialogue——Building global cooperation and a happy future together.

Dear Chairman Bai Chunli, President Ou Xiaoli, Mr. Liu Weidong, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon!

Today, I am very honored to participate in this grand event of high-quality international dialogue on the "Belt and Road" on behalf of the Russian St. Petersburg State University of Economics and our extensive academic and economic cooperation network. On this high-level exchange platform with the theme of digital technology and urban development, we are full of expectations and confidence to engage in international dialogue with leaders, scholars, and entrepreneurs from around the world.

Firstly, I would like to express my profound respect to the initiators and promoters of this conference. In particular, the Silk Road Dialogue, as an active practitioner of high-quality development of the "Belt and Road", has become a bright international card. Chairman Bai Chunli's speech has pushed the significance of technological civilization to a new height, providing valuable ideas for building smart cities and improving the global happiness index. Wishing the Silk Road Dialogue to become an important bridge for promoting the transformation of global technological achievements into urban happiness index, and to assist in the development of cities empowered by international technology for a new future. It further highlights the irreplaceable value of the Silk Road Dialogue in promoting global technological cooperation and practice. Just now, President Ou Xiaoli's speech made me sincerely admire Mr. Ou Xiaoli, the initiator of the Silk Road Dialogue, for his sincerity, simplicity, and outstanding vision. He has also made outstanding contributions to promoting the Silk Road Dialogue over the past decade, which has given me the opportunity to gather here today and participate in this grand event together. At the same time, I am deeply moved by the wisdom, persistence and creativity of Ms. Cui Yiting, the Founder of the Silk Road Dialogue. Her keen insight integrates culture, science and technology and the concept of happiness, which not only provides a bridge of communication for countries along the "Belt and Road", but also writes a new chapter for the book of global common prosperity. The leadership and innovative spirit of women in the new era demonstrated by Ms. Cui Yiting are admirable.

As a cross-border, cultural, and industrial dialogue platform, Silk Road Dialogue has always been guided by culture, guided by dialogue, focused on projects, and aimed at implementation, contributing to shaping international brands of various countries and promoting the internationalization process of cities and enterprises. The Silk Road Dialogue promotes people to people connectivity through dialogue and builds a bridge for global cooperation. Its branches cover 51 countries and have abundant resources in fields such as technological innovation, cultural tourism, biomedicine, energy conservation and environmental protection, achieving fruitful results. We see from Vosstein Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in Dusseldorf, Germany, to the St. Petersburg Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine; From the Silk Road Dialogue International Meeting Hall to major projects such as the China Europe freight train. The Silk Road Dialogue's deep cultivation and meticulous work in different fields have demonstrated its enormous potential as a global cooperation platform.

The Silk Road Dialogue is not just a series of dialogue meetings, it is a link between culture and technology, history and future, and a concrete practice to promote global cooperation. Through various projects such as the Silk Road Dialogue International Reception Hall, Silk Road International Micro Museum, and Silk Road International Happiness Week, Silk Road Dialogue is promoting the normalization of international exchanges and helping to build a community with a shared future for mankind.

As an educator in Russia, cultural exchange has deeply impressed me with the important role of the Silk Road Dialogue in promoting international cooperation. I am also a member of the International Think Tank Alliance for the Silk Road Dialogue. On behalf of St. Petersburg State University of Economics, I sincerely express that in Russia, in our academic and economic fields, we will continue to actively participate in and firmly support the Silk Road Dialogue. I believe that this platform will continue to inject strong momentum into world peace, prosperity, and the happy lives of people.

Looking ahead to the future, the Silk Road Dialogue will add colorful melodies to the picture of building a better and happier life for mankind. It is not only a bridge that crosses national borders, but also a pearl that connects hearts. I firmly believe that with the joint efforts of all of you, the Silk Road Dialogue will surely create more glory in the world and bring happiness and hope to people all over the world.
