Belt and Road International Cultural Journey——Academic exchange of oil painting research in Shaanxi Province in Russia

With the efforts of Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association, in early October, the Chinese Shaanxi oil painting research delegation to Russia for academic exchange set out for Russia. During their stay in Russia, the artists had rich activities and full exchanges with the president and vice president of the Russian Repin Academy of fine arts, and Mr. Chen Zhigang, President of the Federation of overseas Chinese in St. Petersburg President of the Russian branch of the China Association for the development of Shaanxi Belt and Road enterprises.
