In the aspect of "going abroad", the association:

Chen Gaozhi, chairman of Shaanxi Belt and Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association, along with Zhao Leji, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Central Committee and head of the Organization Department of the Central Committee (then Secretary of the Shaanxi provincial Party committee), signed an energy conservation and environmental protection contract of 33.6 million euro between Dusseldorf, Germany, and the German Wollstein group. At present, the cooperation project has been established in the Wuqing Industrial Park of Wuqing District, Tianjin, and the first and second phase R & D production bases have been officially put into operation. The successful implementation of the project will provide China's energy industry customers with world-class ultra-low temperature flue gas recovery device, air cooling, coal saving, water saving, energy saving, heat exchange products and system solutions, and contribute to the energy conservation and emission reduction of China's energy industry;

In June 2015, the Russian branch of the Belt and  Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association and the St. Petersburg office were established in Moscow, and good communication and liaison were established with the Russian Federation of Chinese and overseas Chinese and the Russian Chinese business center;

The vice president of one belt, one road, Shaanxi foreign economic and trade group, invested five yuan in Kyrgyzstan to build up a local hotel and provide convenience for the local economic development and the exchanges and communication between all the countries along the belt.
