On April 19, 2017, the project docking meeting between Qianjiang investment promotion group and Shaanxi Belt and  Road  Enterprise Development Promotion Association was held in the office of Belt and  Road Promotion Association. With the development path of "based on the west, looking at the whole country and going to the world" as the development path, the association complies with the requirements of world economy and China's economic development, and has been strongly supported by relevant governments and enterprises at home and abroad. It has successively been in Russia, Denmark, Switzerland, Italy, the United States, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, Britain, Cambodia, Pakistan, Canada, Beijing, Yan'an and Hangzhou Guizhou has set up branches and offices respectively, and has reached extensive cooperation in petroleum, culture, hotel catering, traditional Chinese medicine and high technology. With the full implementation one of the "one belt, one road" strategy and the rapid development, Shaanxi  Belt and  Road Enterprise Development Association has entered the rapid development track of nuclear fission.

At the same time, the two-way highway of the main canal of diverting water from the Yangtze River to the Han River is under construction, which will further enhance the traffic supporting capacity of Xinglong Eological and Cultural Tourism Project.
