Launching Ceremony of the Belt and Road Chinese Speech Conte

On August 9, 2018, jointly sponsored by China Public Diplomacy Association and Shaanxi New Silk Road Enterprise Development Promotion Association, Xi'an Radio and TV Station Silk Road Channel Co-organizer,Xi'an OuShang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. hosted “The Dialogue between Chang’an and St. Petersburg' Press Conference and the Launching Ceremony of the Belt and Road Chinese Speech Contest of Global College Student.

The Silk Road Dialogue aims to give full play to the special advantages and the important role of Xi'an as the beginning of the ancient Silk Road. It is also providing a high-end dialogue platform for economic, cultural,tourism, social and related issues for the “Belt and Road” related countries, Chinese local government, industrial enterprises, and experts and scholars, and build a free trade port based on national central cities and free trade zones. Promoting trade, investment and financing, production, and service facilitation with cites along the Silk Road and create a co-construction and achieve win-win development. At the same time, we will strive to build Xi'an into an international metropolis that serves the “Belt and Road” and plays a leading and demonstration role in Asia-Europe exchanges and cooperation.

Xu Xiaojun said that "Silk Road Dialogue" is a good platform to help enterprises to develop and provide a good channel to invest abroad and do projects. Shaanxi is the birthplace of the Chinese nation and civilization. The implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy provides a historical opportunity for Shaanxi to strengthen interconnection and sharing with the countries and regions along the Silk Road, actively integrating into the big pattern of the Belt and Road, and focusing on the development of “three Economy, catching up and surpassing,building an international metropolis. It is hoped that the "Silk Road Dialogue" will be better and better, and it will be used as a business card for Shaanxi's external development.

Cui Yiting, founder of the “Silk Road Dialogue” and secretary-general of the New Silk Road Promotion Association, said that "the dialogue between Changan and St. Petersburg" is a dialogue between the Chinese and Russian heads of state and the "people's heart"; it is a dialogue between the two countries; Dialogue between the ancient capital of history and culture; dialogue between two open international metropolises in the new era; dialogue between important strategic partners of the “Belt and Road”; Chinese and Russian cultural and art circles, business and industry, economic and trade circles, and folk Organizations and other omnidirectional and multi-latitude dialogues; dialogues between the two countries in the implementation of urban economic and cultural construction; will create a golden bridge and scarce value platform for Shaanxi investment and development of Shaanxi Province, and also contribute to the international development of Chinese enterprises. It is the initiative of Shaanxi Province to implement the Belt and Road Initiative with practical actions to help the construction of Xi'an Internationalized Metropolis in Shaanxi, thus contributing to the development of the community of human destiny.
