Project content: The project is located in Yuehe Village, Chengguan Town, next to National Highway 316, less than 500 metres from the Hanyin entrance and exit of the Ten-day Expressway. Build a comprehensive exhibition hall for automobile sales, maintenance workshop, spare parts sales area and comprehensive office building for automobile e-commerce trade, and simultaneously improve infrastructure such as road hardening, greening, pipeline network laying, firefighting, power and so on in the factory area. Hanyin County Yuehe Industrial Concentration Zone Automobile Industrial Park is planned to cover an area of 128.8 mu, with a comprehensive automobile sales exhibition hall of 36,900 square metre, maintenance workshop 16,400 square metre, spare parts sales and decoration area 12,000 square metre，second-hand car exhibition and sales centre 8,700 square metre, automotive business and trade zone 20000 square metre, office and residential area 14,400 square metre, automotive industrial park complex square 2,000 square metre. Synchronously improve the infrastructure of pavement hardening, greening, pipeline network laying, firefighting, power and other infrastructure in the factory area.

Total investment: 120 million yuan.

Cooperation mode: sole proprietorship, joint venture.

Market forecast and return on investment analysis: There are about 20,000 Ziyang and Shiquan cars in and around Hanyin, with an average annual number of about 3,000 new vehicles. After the completion of the project, investors can integrate the resources of the automobile industry in Hanyin County to form a regional automobile industry cluster. The estimated annual rate of return is 20% and the investment recovery period is 5 years.
