Project overview: The urban renewal project in Daobei District is located in the main urban area of Maiji District, Tianshui City, extending to the grain transfer station in the east, Qufu Road in the south, Beishan Road in the west, and the southern foot of Beishan Park in the north. It covers an area of about 938 mu, including 699 mu of urban renewal and reconstruction area, and 239 mu of Beishan Park upgrading and reconstruction area, involving about 1000 villagers from Hejia Village, Lvjia Village, Zhaizi Village, etc. Currently, the aging city, lack of facilities, lagging planning, and weakened functions in this area have led to a significant discount in the city's image. In order to achieve sustainable development of the city, the overall planning and renovation of this area have been carried out. The development enterprise must have a first level qualification and a registered capital of not less than 50 million yuan.

Investment estimate: The total investment is about 8 billion yuan.
