Project overview: Currently, there is no manufacturer producing smart toys in Qin'an County. With the improvement of the income level and consumption ability of the national residents, the increasing purchasing power of parents, and the rapid development of the smart toy industry, new smart toys have a broad market and strong competitive advantage. By the end of 2022, Qin'an County has a total population of 529800, with about 100000 migrant workers annually. It has abundant surplus labor resources and relatively low labor costs, making it suitable for developing labor intensive industries. In addition, the county human resources departments can also provide free recruitment and technical training according to the needs of enterprises. The project is expected to cover an area of 30 mu, with a construction area of 3800 square meters, and a new annual output of 1 million new smart toys, including early childhood and preschool education smart toys, leisure smart toys, and intelligent control toys, as well as the construction of office buildings and related supporting facilities.

Investment estimate: The total investment is 382 million yuan.

Economic benefit prediction: After the project is completed and put into operation, it can produce 1 million sets of intelligent electric toys for children annually, with an estimated annual output value of 800 million yuan and an annual tax payment of 41 million yuan.
